      Biogas Systems<\/strong><\/h4>


      Max Global Group Company Limited is working in the development of simple biogas systems using
      locally available materials. The project is being done in Nyeri County and spreading to neighboring
      counties and is being headed by Cornelius Kiplagat. We are targeting offering societies with cheap
      affordable and efficient biogas systems throughout East Africa.<\/p>

      For materials derived from living and dead organisms the system uses heat energy derived from burning
      waste and produce steam which can be used to generate electricity.
      The system offers sustainability, less expensive to run and maintain as there is supply of raw materials

      This unit is a power electronics solution for connecting electronics solutions for connecting renewable
      energy sources to the power grid, helping customers become energy self-sufficient. It provides an even
      supply of electricity and the energy can be distributed to the national grid or to a completely independent
      mini-grid created by the unit. Electrical loads of the mini grids range from OW to SMW.
      The unit has been modularly designed to allow connection of several renewable energy sources into one
      single system; Solar, Biomass, Hydro power, Biogas and Wind. The unit is also equipped with industrial

        Our Solar power plants are devised in a way that they generate electricity from sunlight with solar module. The energy is converted into electricity and distributed with a stable power controller unit either into the national grid or an independent power grid as per the customers preference.
        This type of renewable energy has always been considered eco friendly due to zero level of harmful emissions as well as helps reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Our Systems come with a clear user-interface, enables remote monitoring, are easy to install, maintain and easily upgradable due to it
        modularity. They are simple, cost effective and durable. They have the capability of operating fully off
        grid guaranteeing a 24\/7 power supply despite the circumstances.
        The power management unit is capable of distributing power to a completely independent power grid or
        national grid. The average consumption of the independent grid ranges from 30kW to 1MW whereas
        the production capacity of solar power exceeds 1MW.<\/p>

        • Solar modules which collect energy from sunlight and convert it into electricity.<\/li>
        • Power Management Unit which transfers power from solar modules for storage in batteries. It\u2019s also

          This Plant is capable of generating heat that is distinct heat and electricity for industrial needs. The
          heat is gathered from the boiler. The source material is gathered, transformed into heat
          and then to electricity with the power controller unit. The multi-fuel boiler plant can utilize a variety
          of source materials such as wood chip, bio-fuels and domestic waste.
          It is a reliable source of energy that helps customer become energy self-sufficient. With a high
          efficient process and clean burning, the systems offer efficiency and a small carbon footprint.
          The electricity production capacity of a multi-fuel boiler plant can range from 50 kW to 30 MW.<\/p>

          Components<\/strong><\/h4>
          • Pre-processing equipment for instance a shredder<\/li>
          • Fire grates which move the material into the furnace<\/li>
          • Materials are gasified in the front furnace<\/li>
          • Heat is gathered from the boiler and is also where the gas is burned<\/li>

              This renewable fuel plant is able to generate fuel oil by recycling various oil-based wastes into
              liquids,gases and solids. The plant can utilize source materials such as rubber plastics- excluding
              PVC and difficult to recycle waste.The source materials are distilled into liquids such as oil, gases
              such as methane and solids such as carbon black as well as metals.After the process, the end process
              can befurther utilized;oil can be distilled into high end petrochemical products,gas to be used for
              energy production and metals sold as raw materials for the industry.
              The handling capacity of the plant is a minimum of 8 tons of oil based difficult-to-recycle waste
              per day.<\/p>

              Efficiency<\/strong><\/h4>

              Fuel oil, gas and carbon black made with this plant can be converted into electricity.It\u2019s concept is
              uniquely tailored to generate power from different source materials using various methods while
              having a negative carbon footprint. Power production ranges from 500kW.
              Source materials for the plant include rubber (tyres,hydraulic hoses),plastics excluding PVC and
              problem waste such as contaminated soil and used oil.
              Thermal treatment is an ecological choice for recycling waste as it leaves end products for further
              utilization.Our renewable fuel plant emits no methane into the atmosphere,which reduces the
              greenhouse effect Renewable fuel power plant enables the customer a firm benefit of 100% from
              energy of the source material and acts as an alternative to incineration which only utilizes 4% of

              A public-private partnership (PPP) project will involve financing from various sources, in some
              combination of equity and debt. The ratios of these different contributions will depend on negotiations
              between the lenders and the shareholders.

                Equity Contributions<\/strong><\/h4>

                Project sponsors are the investors in the project company that are likely to be providing expertise and
                some of the services to the project company (such as construction or operations services). Sponsor
                funding is generally through equity contributions in the project company through share capital and other
                shareholder funds. Equity holds the lowest priority of the funding contributions in a project, therefore the
                other contributors (such as lenders) will have the right to project assets and revenues before the equity
                contributors can obtain any return; or, on termination or insolvency, any repayment. Equity contributions
                bear the highest risk and therefore potentially receive the highest returns.
                Equity contributors in project financed transactions might include the project participants, local investors,
                the host government, the grantor, other interested governments, institutional investors and bilateral or
                multilateral organizations. Equity investors will want to pay in their equity investment as late as possible
                in the construction period, even wholly back-ended to save costs and improve their aggregate equity
                return.<\/p>

                Debt Contributions<\/strong><\/h4>

                Debt can be obtained from many sources, including commercial lenders, institutional investors, export
                credit agencies, bilateral or multilateral organizations, bondholders and sometimes the host country
                government.
                Unlike equity contributions, debt contributions have the highest priority amongst the invested funds.
                Repayment of debt is generally tied to a fixed or floating rate of interest and a programme of periodic
                payments. The source of debt will have an important influence on the nature of the debt provided.
                Commercial banks are desirable as long term debt providers, given their flexibility in renegotiating loans
                and reacting to new or unforeseen conditions. This flexibility may not be available, for example, from
                bondholders. Another source of project debt is equipment suppliers. Suppliers will provide financing in
                order to sell their equipment, and may provide more aggressive terms accordingly.<\/p>

                Finance lessors pay for assets and lease them back to the project company. Whether or not the lessor is
                the equipment supplier, it can provide competitively priced financing, in particular to the extent the
                lessor can set off the cost of equipment against its profits (since the project company will not have profits
                in the early years to benefit from this set off). Leasing can provide additional benefits in the financing of
                infrastructure projects, in particular additional or earlier tax allowances, new sources of finance, and
                improved security interests where asset ownership is retained off-shore in a more security friendly
                jurisdiction. But leasing also adds complexity to an already complex structure, adding another creditor\u2019s
                interests and influence over project assets.<\/p>

                Syndication<\/strong><\/h4>

                In syndicated lending, each amount advanced by one of the syndicated banks constitutes a separate loan,
                with the bank\u2019s obligations and rights being several. The banks will not underwrite each other\u2019s
                obligations, and each bank will want to sue separately and make its own set off arrangements. The agent
                bank for the syndicate will verify conditions precedent, receive funds, calculate interest rates and make
                demands on the borrower on behalf of the syndicate. Only certain bank actions will be subject to
                majority bank control, for example acceleration (where the whole amount due under the loan becomes
                due and payable immediately).
                Bank Guarantees\/Letters of Credit\/Performance Guarantees Bank guarantees form an important part of
                project financing, allowing counter-parties immediate access to payment without the cost of locking up
                cash. Such guarantees may be \u201con demand\u201d or only payable once the default is proven in court,
                adjudication or arbitration.
                A bank issuing a guarantee, letter of credit or performance bond will fix the amount and obtain a counter
                indemnity from the customer, possibly secured against fixed or floating charges or cash deposits. The
                issuer will be entitled to convert the counter indemnity payments into loans or demand immediate
                repayment. The issuers will enter into the intercreditor agreement to ensure sharing of rights over project
                assets.<\/p>

                Bond\/Capital Markets Financing<\/strong><\/h4>

                Bond financing allows the borrower to access debt directly from individuals and institutions, rather than
                using commercial lenders as intermediaries. The issuer (the borrower) sells the bonds to the investors.
                The lead manager helps the issuer to market the bonds. A trustee holds rights and acts on behalf of the
                investors, stopping any one investor from independently declaring a default. Bond financing generally
                provides lower borrowing costs, if the credit rating for the project is sufficiently strong. Rating agencies
                may be consulted when structuring the project to maximize the credit rating for the project.
                Bond financing provides a number of benefits to projects including lower interest rates, longer maturity
                (which can be very helpful given the duration of most of these projects) and more liquidity.<\/p>
